Rinse and Go<\/h2>\n

After each meal, be sure to rinse your dentures in clear running water. You don\u2019t want to have particles of food in your teeth or debris trapped between your dentures and gum. Don\u2019t shake off the water\u2014this only increases the chance that you\u2019ll drop the dentures and cause damage.<\/p>\n

Brush Everyday<\/h2>\n

You should plan on brushing your dentures at least once a day. Bits of food and plaque can accumulate on false teeth as easily as on natural teeth. However, this same toothpaste that polishes your teeth can scratch the finish on your dentures.
